●The machine tool adopts a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) to control the grinding wheel frame feed and worktable movement respectively. The positions of the grinding wheel frame and worktable are dynamically displayed through a grating digital display. After setting the grinding requirements, the program can automatically complete the outer circle of the roller surface and each grinding of grooves.
●The main spindle of the workpiece headstock adopts variable frequency speed regulation drive, and the corresponding rotation speed can be set according to different workpiece parameters.
An expanding mandrel is installed on the headstock spindle. Set the roller ring onto the expanding mandrel, and use an Allen wrench to tighten the locking screw at the end of the expanding mandrel to complete the self-centering installation and tightening of the roll ring to be processed on the machine tool.
●The grinding wheel spindle uses high-precision rolling bearings and is lubricated and cooled by an independent fully sealed oil pool. A spindle temperature detection device is installed to display spindle temperature changes in real-time, realizing temperature monitoring and feedback throughout the entire system operation process. This extends the service life of the spindle and also ensures the excellent performance of high spindle rotation accuracy and high rigidity.
The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a high-power (18.5kW) motor.
